Wing and Watch LLC Terms of Service
Applicable to both customers and mercenaries
1. Nature of Engagement
Wing and Watch LLC (The Company) provides high-level coordination and tactical consulting for various digital environments. We provide professional expertise and time; we do not facilitate the sale of software, accounts, or proprietary digital assets belonging to third-party developers.
2. Independent Choice & Platform Interactions
By utilizing our services, the Client acknowledges that all interactions within third-party digital platforms are subject to the specific rules and policies of those platforms.
User Responsibility: The Client remains 100% responsible for their account standing. The Company is not liable for any adjustments, restrictions, or loss of access imposed by third-party platforms following or during a service session.
No Warranty of Outcomes: While our contractors utilize industry-standard playstyles, we do not guarantee any specific permanent in-game standing or account status.
3. Cryptographic Settlement
All payments are settled in Bitcoin and are mathematically final. The Client agrees that network confirmation constitutes a completed sale. No refunds or reversals are possible for any reason, including platform-related account changes.
4. Independent Contractor Status
Contractors operating via the platform are independent contractors and not employees.
Operational Liability: The Company is not liable for the actions, internet stability, power grid failures, or in-game behavior of the independent contractors.
Code of Conduct: Contractors are strictly forbidden from utilizing unauthorized external tools or methods that violate The Company’s internal quality standards while under contract. Any Contractor found doing so will be permanently banned from the platform.
